IECEx 05 Combi Exams

For a number of units, PBNA offers the exams combined. This saves time and costs.

IECEx 05 units Ex 003 and Ex 006:

You have passed the exam if you have obtained at least 75% of the number of points

• Theory: multiple-choice and open-ended questions, available time of 105 min.
• Practical exam: perform installation assignments, available time of 240 min

IECEx 05 units Ex 007 and Ex 008:

You have passed the exam if you have obtained at least 75% of the number of points

• Theory: multiple-choice and open-ended questions, available time of 90 min.
• Practical exam: performing installation assignments, available time of 180 min

Prerequisite:

• See the explanation of the relevant units under IECEx exams.

Limitations on the scope of the certificate:

Limitation of the scope of explosive protection techniques, a group or voltage strength apply to unit 003, Any limitations of the scope are included in the application according to OD 502.

Applying for CoPC:

After successful completion of the combined exam (theory and practice), the candidate can apply for a 5-year valid IECEx CoPC.

Costs of a combi exam: 

The costs for participation in the combi exam are:

• Ex 003 / Ex 006 theorie examen € 215,- (excl. BTW)
• Ex 003 / Ex 006 praktijk examen € 410,- (excl. BTW).
• Ex 007 / Ex 008 theorie examen € 215,- (excl. BTW)
• Ex 007 / Ex 008 praktijk examen € 410,- (excl. BTW).
