If you order a voucher for mock exams as a private person, you will receive the code for the mock exams directly by e-mail after online payment.
As a company, you will usually receive the code for the mock examinations on the same working day.
If you have obtained a diploma at PBNA, we can send you a duplicate diploma upon request. This is of course only possible if you have obtained the diploma (after 1995) at PBNA! The costs are € 35,00 (excl. VAT) and you can order through the next page.
